Rumors About Angels II: Birth Process
Monday, December 7, 2009 at 9:39PM This site is old and probably hasn't been checked out as much compared to before(seriously, last journal post is 3 years ago). I was a fan of photo manipulation when this site came out. Photo manipulation meaning making dark gory images out of stock I find from free sites and google images. I still do that even up to this time, but this time I using those skills I learned back then to make images look better.
The site... Well, is an exhibit of Jaroslaw Kubicki and Bartosz Hervy. German I think, I don't know... More than just images, but also a different music piece going along with every image. There are thirteen images having their own music, each one lasts maybe thirty seconds tops. Even with my crummy internet, they load quite quickly. You have to watch it from beginning to the end, and then you get a password . This password can take you to a special place, where you can now chose which image you want to view without watching the whole thing again. I would've saved you time and posted the password that they gave, but this little group of numbers and letters got pushed out from making this post.
The images are of the birth process(their artistic interpretation) of an angel. Starting form a cocoon(symbolic? That maybe there's an angel in all of us or some waiting to be born), then you start seeing a torso(female if you're curious. I will add nude too.). And... Well you should go to the site and see for yourself. My favorite image is the tenth one(the one that just shows the head), and my favorite music piece is from the seventh image.
